Very disappointed in what I feel is the most basic of customer service. I was meeting with six people (I had suggested the place) to enjoy coffee and sandwiches, needless to say I took them elsewhere. The one staff who originally said “I’ll be right with you” saw this happen and said nothing! Twice! Is it required that I must stand up and wave my arms? Or, do I walk out and re-enter? Or is it required you must stand? Then another person walked in and a server on the other side of the work area materialized and waited on them without saying “who’s next please”. What they don’t say “but, even if your first in line it doesn’t matter” and then proved it when another person walked in and they said “how can I help you” and proceeded to take their order. I waited patiently for a fee minutes and then sat down at the counter one step from where I was standing, she had looked at me and acknowledged I was waiting.
